Checking in with your Self Check-In pass
How to open your check-in QR code and show it at the front desk to be checked into today's classes.
When you arrive at RoxbyFit, open your Self Check-In pass and show the QR code at the front desk. We scan it, and you're checked into everything you're booked into today. That's the whole thing.
Checking in

Open the You tab
Do this before you get to the desk — it saves everyone a moment.

Open your Self Check-In pass
Your QR code fills the screen, with today’s classes listed underneath it.

Hold it up at the desk
We scan the code. Turn your screen brightness up if the scanner is struggling.

Watch it confirm
Your pass updates to show you are checked in. Nothing else to do — go and train.
Good to know
It covers today's classes
One scan checks you into everything you are booked into today. You do not scan once per class.
Booking comes first
The pass checks you into classes you have already booked. It is not a way to book on the spot — do that in the Book tab.
Booking for family?
Each profile has their own pass. Open the right one, or ask us at the desk and we will check them in.
Phone flat?
Not a problem. Tell us your name at the desk and we will check you in manually.
